Travel | Cheboygan & Mullet Lake, MI

We celebrated my 24th birthday with a weekend trip up north with Thomas' cousins, Matt and Erica. Erica's family owns a resort on the Indian River and they invited us up for the weekend. We had an awesome time exploring where Erica grew up (Cheboygan), spending a day boating out on Mullet Lake, enjoying the views of Lake Superior from her grandparent's house, and stopping in Mackinaw City for lunch before heading back home. Northern Michigan is beautiful and we haven't even been up to the UP yet!
